Btkcam 0.4.3 and Btkserver 1.4

-Added Btkcam and Btkserver Version compatibilty. You may define the minimum client version that can log on to server. In dcwserver.cfg define Cver: 043 as minimum client support for server health.

-Added new PMT parsing. Tested %100 OK

-Stability enhancement. Much more stable.

-local bissdcw.cfg is tested %100 OK . Put the file into /var/keys folder.

Newcamd server was based on a prioity table[100], i have replaced it to dynamic list but with no priority between users.
for this version i have not stripped the files. if u have any error use gdb and send me feedback that i can locate and correct the error.

- Client timeout is set to 10sec. Can be modified in btkcam.cfg T: 5000
- Some fixes in Server

For Best Server performance

1. If you have only 1 card, then be sure to enter SID: lines in the server config. Max 25-30 channels can be supported by 1 Card. (Depending on Crypt. may be lesser)

2. If crypt system is Irdeto then add (channel Ids) CID: lines in the server config.
