- Lots of small fixes. Oprimized performance.
- Finds the dcwserver.cfg wherever you run the binary. (both must be in te same folder) And -C option is available too.

Btkcam060
- Better multi B: line handling.
- ECM time and Active B: line shown in Debug log.

BtkMon
- New tool to restart btk applications on crash or, to perform daily/hourly auto restarts.
- check btkmon.cfg for details.

Dcwtool1.0
- no updates.

SBox 0.0.5-2 #4 (Tests) @29.02.2012

Fixed some problems with rom110 and is arranged by step if you decide to do also with other rom (fake len ecm), this may mean less resets or may not, depending on whether they have been sending such ecm .
Small changes in the client / server CCcam.
Added more "client-id" for newcamd server. Before the start SBox with the-s response time increased, now the time is the same as tearing with-s without it.
