StreamMeNG 1.0.1 Beta

Bug fixes:
* Fixes in GUI Transcoder plugin.
* Under Neutrino HD are now the EPG details in the host manager returns.

Intel Extreme 3.0 Ghz with 4 cores, 8 GB RAM

StreamMeNG Transcoder: 1:02
Nero 10 Transcoder: 5:20
