- fixed the problem on radio channels not being descrambled

- added support for Skylink Irdeto2 smartcards (no need to set anything)
- improvements for seca Dutch smartcards
- fixed a bug in nagra entitlements menu
- fixed a bug on saving force irdeto/nagra settings (it caused some errors for beta/nagra smartcards, like the sky-De S02 smartcard)
- now the changing of the force irdeto (or force nagra) setting will lead to a smartcard reset (so it will start in the choosen way without the needs to remove and insert it again)
- fixed a little mistake for betacrypt smartcards' filter on EMM-UA
- added dynamic management of smartcard/emu selection (if one stops to work and the other can work in replacement of that, it will be selected)
- fixed a bug on cryptoworks emulator (ORF and UPC channels)
- fixed a bug on Viaccess smartcards activation
