Help with vplug keys

Hello ...
I ahve one little problem..
I dont know why, but if i download v_keys.db from http://www.uydu.ws/deneme6.php?file=v_keys.db
i cant decode DigiTV until last friday... Problem isnt in my DVBviewer or VPLUG, because if i download
keylist.txt and i plug it into vPLUG all working fine... Problem is in v_keys.db...
Can somebody help me??? Where is the problem?
