- added new option: Enable Channelselection 2xOK - enable: press OK on any
selected channel activate/switch to/zap selected channel but Channelselection
screen still displayed, press OK again on played channel to Channelselection
screen disappear or press exit to revert on last played channel before
activating Channelselection screen
- help updated in download
- updated pl, sk, cz, en, ru, de, it, uk, pt, tr, es, fa, al translations
